Management

SolvencyTool was founded in 2011 by actuary Caspar Richter and IT architect Martin Johansen. The two founders form the company’s daily management team today.

Caspar Richter has worked as the chief actuary for the fourth largest non-life insurance company in the Danish market, and has more than 15 years of experience from the industry. Through many years, he has had a close dialogue with several members of the work groups under EIOPA.
Martin Johansen
Martin JohansenCTO
Martin Johansen has worked with software development of business critical systems for more than 15 years, including custom designed systems for the insurance industry and global ERP implementations for international companies.
Anders Bergvit

Anders has more than 20 years of experience in the sector of software development. Anders has a very extensive know-how and his many years of experience ensures that we can use the newest technologies. His contribution in SolvencyTool has been material over the last years and he has been focusing on developing strong and stabile Solvency II solutions that are easy to use.
